Bookings from different channels in one place.
VillaOps brings bookings from channels like Airbnb and Booking into one view and helps manage guests tasks and payments.
Open the website↗We develop apps and systems for businesses in Eilat and across Israel with the developers who work with us. We start with a specific workflow, such as receiving a booking or a staff report, and establish who uses it and what they need to see and update. That shapes the screens, permissions and necessary connections. We build a version you can test before expanding the project.

We plan how a booking arrives, how it changes or is cancelled and what staff need to know at each stage. The workflow covers online bookings as well as those received by phone or at the desk.
We build screens for updating tasks and reporting from a phone, with photos and statuses where needed. Each role gets the actions and information it needs under the agreed permissions.
We plan an area where customers can see booking details and provide information. If payments or signatures are needed, their workflow and connections are included in the specification.
We establish which information needs to pass between the app and a calendar or another tool already used by the business. Before promising a sync, we check that the connection is possible and define what happens if an update fails.
We agree which data you need to see and where it comes from. We can plan a view of open bookings or tasks awaiting attention without adding reports the team will not use.
We define who can view and update each type of information. We agree backup needs and fault handling, then test permissions before launch.

We review the existing process and its users with you. We agree what must be in the first version and what can wait.
We prepare screens you can move between to review the sequence of actions. We adjust that flow before developing all the connections and features.
We develop the agreed actions and test cases such as a cancelled booking, a missing report or a user without permission. The team tests a trial version before regular use.
We train the team and agree who handles issues and enquiries after launch. Further features and maintenance follow the business needs and the agreed scope.

CannaTrack helps patients record use and effects and bring an organized log to a conversation with their doctor.
If you need to present a service and receive enquiries, we first check whether a website is enough. An app suits repeated actions such as bookings, tasks or separate access for customers and staff. The choice follows the work required, not business size.
We agree a timeline after defining the actions and connections in the first version. Screen review, development and testing, and launch are separate stages. There is no single timeline for every app.
The specification defines the devices and situations in which the app will be used. Desk staff and field teams may need different screens. We test the main actions on the agreed devices before launch.
We can continue with maintenance and extensions under an arrangement agreed in advance. We define who handles issues and what support includes, as well as code ownership, data export and the option to move to another provider.
We define a first workflow and the actions that must work within it. The proposal specifies screens, connections and testing, along with what is not in the first version. Further work is agreed separately before it starts.
We define what information is stored and who needs to view or change it. That shapes permissions, including tests of unauthorized access. Backup and maintenance needs are set for the project rather than covered by a blanket safety promise.
